TWO BLACK GUYS WITH GOOD CREDIT TOPS THE BLACK ENTERPRISE TOP BLACK-HOSTED SMART, FUNNY PODCASTS 2017 LIST

It was 5 friends that came together a little over a year ago to launch the podcast TWO BLACK GUYS WITH GOOD CREDIT, to help further the mission of the financial literacy youth program, Financially CLEAN, founded by Dionne Nicholls and Shaun Lynda in 2015, when school teachers and administration kept asking if there were classes for adults. "From day one it was our goal to make a podcast about personal finance that people of all ages would find educational, entertaining and inspire change along the way. It looks like it is resonating.", says Shaun Lynda, co-host of Two Black Guys with Good Credit.

"To rank 4th on the Black Enterprise Best Black-Hosted Smart, Funny Podcast List for 2017 is humbling and an honor.", shares Dionne Nicholls, co-host, otherwise known as The Lady with the Facts.

Each episode we let you peer into the barbershop banter that Shaun and I have been doing for over 20 years, doused with a little history and stats, thanks to Dionne, another long time friend, to deliver important information in a cool, fun and accessible way. We hoped we would touch a few lives and make a difference. The recognition from Black Enterprise is the icing on the cake.

Chipotle and Financially CLEAN Invite Brooklyn to Eat for Change Today

On Tuesday June 13th, Chipotle Mexican Grille in Brooklyn on Myrtle Ave is partnering with Financially CLEAN to make early financial education accessible to under resourced high school students. 50% of proceeds from sales today will go to fund programming --giving Taco Tuesday a whole new meaning. See complete details below.

Financially CLEAN has graduated close to 800 students in less than 2 years and with the help of organizations like Chipotle and the support of the community we hope to double that number next year.
